Course & Certification Requirements

• Students must complete observation, practice teaching, and personal study hours in addition to class hours.

• Observation hours involve watching classes, private sessions, or videos.

• Practice teaching involves teaching exercises to another person.

• Personal study hours involve reviewing exercises, Pilates principles, breath patterns, and musculature.

• Training logs must be completed and submitted on the certification test day.
